Weigh down Update #3
Well here we are in November and the beginning of the holiday season is upon us. Halloween came with all of the tempting candy showing up in the stores. I actually was able to resist the temptation of buying any delicious chocolate candy. Thanksgiving is fast approaching. This holiday will bring the tempting pumpkin pie. Pumpkin pie is one my favorite desserts. I hope I will be able to resist eating this dessert in access. I do really enjoy the holidays and having the family together.
Thank you for following me on my weigh down journey. Once again I have had a month of little weight loss. It is so slow getting this weight off. This month I have only lost 3 lbs. My husband continues to tell me he can see the inches coming off and I can tell my clothes continue to feel looser. Scales are just not showing it as well.
I have tried to eat more vegetables and I am eating salad more often for lunch. I have still stayed away from fried foods. I have exercised 3-4 times a week.
I had more days where I was invited to lunch or dinner this past month. I always enjoy having lunch with my friends. I just have to learn to choose healthier and eat less.
I will continue to cut my portion sizes down. I will continue to limit my sweets, carbohydrates, and fats. I will continue to exercise and I will try to increase my days of exercise. I will continue to lose weight. Feel free to message me with any advice or tips.
